Scheme Details:

• House Area: 269 sq. ft.
• Under this scheme, 60% of the subsidy is provided by the Central Government and 40% by the State Government.
• As per the Central Government guidelines, the cost of a house is ₹1,20,000 in general areas and ₹1,30,000 in remote, hilly, and Naxalite-affected areas.
• The subsidy amount of ₹1,20,000 is provided for the construction of a new house, with the Central Government contributing 60% and the State Government contributing 40%.
• The total subsidy amount is directly transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account through the Aadhaar-Based Payment System (ABPS).

Payment Installments:

• First installment (Advance): ₹15,000
• Second installment: ₹70,000
• Third installment: ₹30,000
• Fourth installment: ₹5,000

Additional Requirement:

• The construction of the house must also include a toilet.
