Atal Construction Workers Housing Scheme (Rural)

Registered (active) construction workers must first submit an application in the prescribed format to the District Executive Officer / Deputy District Executive Officer, Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
The received applications will be scrutinized to verify the eligibility of the applicant and the submitted documents. The District-Level Beneficiary Selection Committee will assess these applications and select eligible construction workers as beneficiaries under the Atal Construction Workers Housing Scheme (Rural).

• House Area: 269 sq. ft.
• Required Documents:
  • Copy of the identity card issued by the competent authority, certifying registration as a construction worker
  • Aadhaar card (optional)
  • 7/12 extract / Property Registration Certificate / Property record from Gram Panchayat
  • Photocopy of the beneficiary’s active savings account passbook
• Financial Assistance: ₹1,20,000/-

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Housing Plot Purchase Assistance Scheme

• Eligible Land:
  • Land within village boundaries under Gram Panchayat jurisdiction or land approved for residential purposes by a competent planning authority
  • Government or acquired land allocated by the District Collector or State Government
• Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), houses covering 25 sq. m. can be constructed. Including essential amenities, a total plot size of 500 sq. ft. is approved per beneficiary.
• If the plot size is up to 500 sq. ft., assistance is provided for the actual land price or ₹1,00,000/-, whichever is lower.
• If the plot price exceeds ₹1,00,000/-, the beneficiary must pay the difference.

Shabari Tribal Housing Scheme

• House Area: 269 sq. ft.
• Subsidy & Benefits:
  • 100% subsidy by the State Government
  • ₹1,20,000/- for general tribal areas
  • ₹1,30,000/- for remote, hilly, and Naxal-affected areas
  • Direct transfer to beneficiary’s bank account via Aadhaar-Based Payment System (ABPS)
• Installment Breakdown:
  • First installment: ₹15,000/- (Advance)
  • Second installment: ₹45,000/-
  • Third installment: ₹40,000/-
  • Fourth installment: ₹20,000/-
• A toilet must be constructed along with the house.
• Financial Assistance: ₹1,20,000/-

Ramai Housing Scheme

  • ₹1,30,000/- for remote, hilly, and Naxal-affected areas
